Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs Ground Turkey (90/10 or 85/15 preferred)
- 1-1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 scallions sliced (white & green parts)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- ¾ ts garlic powder
- ½ tsp ground pepper
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, form patties, and pan-fry or grease grill. I highly recommend, if grilling, to generously grease the racks. Serve with lettuce, tomato, onion or avocado
