Reindeer Christmas Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips or chunks
- Mini pretzels (for antlers)
- Red and brown M&M’s (for noses and eyes)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- Cream Butter and Sugars
- In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
Combine Mixtures Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
