Sausage Apple Stuffing
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz pkg Cubed Stuffing Mix
- 1 lb Sausage Roll, browned/drained
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 8 oz jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1-2 c apple juice
- 6 stalks celery finely chopped
Directions
- Mix stuffing mix, cooked sausage, onion and celery.
- Beat cranberry sauce till it’s liquid and then add to stuffing mix.
- Slowly add apple juice until entire mixture is dampened but not soggy.
- Stuff into turkey.
- Any extra stuffing can be baked separately in a covered casserole for 30 minutes at 350.
